<DIV>I not sure it was the Killen. I seem to remember our
target looking more like a WWII destroyer escort and descriptions I
have read about the Killen indicate that when it was sunk, it was basically a
topless shell and that's not how I remember the ship we came up to after firing
two Standard missiles at it.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>The image that I have is that we punched a hole in the stern and another
farther up towards the bow. The ship was still floating and really didn't
seem to have much of a list to it. Also, it was out on the open sea and
not in a bay where she is now and the stern is seperated from the rest of the
ship. Hope this helps.</DIV>
