ALEXANDER, Commander, U.S.Navy. Moored Starboard side to Pier ALFA,
U.S. Naval Shipyard, Charleston, South Carolina, with standard destroyer
moor, five inch nylon lines, and wires fore and aft to the pier, receiving
fresh water from the pier. |
